I am currently working as a Senior Advisor at Advectas AB (A part of Capgemini) in Gothenburg, Sweden. I advise manufacturing companies on how to think about transforming their shop floor operations using AI.

My interest is in the intersection of manufacturing and AI. I enjoy building artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to tackle real-world problems in manufacturing. My Ph.D. work at Chalmers University of Technology has led to the development of data-driven algorithms using statistical and machine learning tools for throughput bottleneck management in production systems. The impact of my Ph.D. work will help manufacturing companies produce more products within a specified time interval. My long-term mission is to build AI technologies for routine diagnosis and prognosis of production systems dynamics to achieve higher shop floor productivity. My research has been published in top industrial engineering journals (Journal of Manufacturing Systems, Computers & Industrial Engineering) and conferences (IEEE ISIE, IEEE ETFA, Procedia CIRP). My research outcomes have also been implemented by leading automotive manufacturing companies in Sweden and Germany.
